“Weekend between ovens”
From nature to the table

Those who have met Totò through his books, those who have appreciated him in various television broadcasts, these people will enjoy to learn some simple but peculiar recipes of "Oldtime cooking ."
The courses are held in the Hotel Osteria "Toto" of Lucignano, an enchanting village in Tuscany (AR) which can be reached easily (7 km from the Autostrade Del Sole from the exit  ofVal di Chiana and Monte San Savino).
The hotel iscomfortable and quiet, located right on top of the fortress on which stands the village, it offers a splendid panoramic view of Lucignano and sweet Tuscan hills.

THE COURSE:

The cooking is the style of Toto, simple but particular, geniune and delicious.

The courses are open to all fans of traditional cuisine (groups of 6 / 8 persons) and provide a just alternating of learning and relaxing: there will be time for a nice hike in the woods, searching for wild herbs, and for visits of Lucignano and its surroundings.
For homogeneous groups min. 6 participants, hospitality and the course is free for the organiser.
