| Our cuisine is cuisine of true tradition, the seasonings are simple and genuine that gives us the nature of our oil olive trees, herbs and aromas of our orchards and fields of wild herbs. The chickens and rabbits are raised on land from peasants of the countryside around Lucignano. Our courses are certainly not the usual dishes you can find in typical Tuscan trattorias but every day you can find pleasant surprises, melodies of tastes and smells that you back to those days now past when the wise hands of the housewife, with little, could to make the kitchen a real art.
